Position Overview
We are hiring an experienced Acute Care / Med-Surg RN for a hospital assignment. Oncology experience is preferred but not required.
Requirements
2+ years of acute-care or hospital nursing experience
Active Ohio, Compact, or Multi-State RN license
Epic EMR experience required
Strong clinical and patient-care skills
CCNE-accredited nursing program preferred/required
Responsibilities
- Assess patients and monitor clinical status
- Administer medications and IV treatments
- Provide wound care and telemetry monitoring
- Create and update care plans
- Document patient care in Epic
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams
- Educate patients and families
- Assist with discharge planning
- Follow safety and infection-control standards
