Restoration 1 of Hunterdon County is looking for a Crew Chief to lead technicians on water, fire, smoke, and mold mitigation jobs. This position is responsible for managing crews, ensuring quality workmanship, and helping keep jobs organized and on schedule.
We’re looking for someone reliable, motivated, and local who can take charge in the field and represent the company professionally with customers.
Ideal candidate lives within 15 minutes of Flemington, NJ.
Experience is helpful, but we will train the right person.
Pay: $20–$28 per hour (up to $30/hr) plus commission
Includes: Company vehicle with gas card & company phone.
What you’ll do
- Lead and manage technicians on job sites
- Make sure work is done properly and safely
- Help coordinate daily jobs and schedules
- Communicate with customers and management
- Assist crews with mitigation work when needed
Requirements
- Valid NJ driver’s license with clean driving record
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working in PPE / respirator when required
- Reliable and organized
- Local to Flemington / Central NJ
This is an emergency response position, so some on-call and weekend availability is required.
