Our Montessori preschool, located in Cool Springs, is currently seeking full-time assistant to work in our infant/toddler classroom from approximately 8am-4pm and two part-time assistants to work in our aftercare program from 1pm-6pm and 3pm-6pm. These positions are year-round.
The full-time infant/toddler assistant will support our lead teacher in caring for our youngest students each day. The ideal candidate MUST have previous work experience working with young children (ages 6 months - 3 years).
The part-time aftercare assistants will supervise students in the aftercare program each afternoon, as well as our School’s Out Care program during school holidays and vacation weeks.
Job Requirments
While Montessori experience is not required, an interest in the philosophy is preferred. We are seeking someone who is energetic, caring, and a self-starter who truly enjoys working with children. You should also be able to adapt to various situations with ease and be able to multi-task.
A high school diploma/GED is required, and applicants must be at least 21 years old.
