What You’ll Do:
✔ Support Nursing Leadership – Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and overseeing clinical operations to maintain the highest quality of care.
✔ Drive Quality & Compliance – Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
✔ Lead & Inspire Staff – Mentor, train, and evaluate nursing staff to promote teamwork and professional growth.
✔ Manage Clinical Systems – Oversee schedules, performance evaluations, care plans, and resident assessments.
✔ Enhance Patient Care – Work closely with other healthcare providers (pharmacy, lab, etc.) to ensure comprehensive resident care.
What We’re Looking For:
Education & License: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN or LPN license in good standing.
Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience (long-term care experience required).
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to mentor, supervise, and support nursing teams.
Critical Thinking: Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers and clinical systems.
Compassionate & Driven: A leader who embodies warmth, enthusiasm, and a passion for patient-centered care.
