Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join our expanding New York team in our newest Syracuse location. This role is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, strong administrative support, and access to advanced interventional psychiatry services.

- Multiple Office Locations – Syracuse, Latham, Poughkeepsie, Kingston, Valhalla, Middletown, New Rochelle, Nanuet, Garden City, and Hauppauge.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with therapists, psychiatrists, and support staff
- Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
- Participate in case conferences and team meetings
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care consistent with Clearwave standards
Qualifications
- MD/DO
- Board-certification required
- Active New York license in good standing
- DEA registration
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-growing outpatient environment

Pay: Compensation package is flexible and tailored to experience level and clinical background.
