Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving , strong mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team member to maintain a safe and efficient enviroment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliances.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas to promote safety.
- Making sure the pool is kept clean and chemicals are balanced.
- Making sure grounds are free of trash every morning.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with staff or residents regarding maintenance issues.
Skills
- At lease 2 years experience in residential maintenance
- EPA Certification a plus
- CPO Certification a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Ability to fabricate components or parts as required for repairs or maintenance tasks.
- Leadership qualities that enable effective team collaboration.
- Excellent customer service skills, capable of communicating effectively.
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
