Job Description
Hulu Health is looking for a reliable, friendly, proactive, and team-oriented Medical Assistant / Medical Scribe.
Responsibilities
- Room patients and obtain vital signs
- Update medications, allergies, medical history, and chief complaints in EMR
- Assist physicians with patient care and patient flow
- Assist providers with medical documentation and prepare notes for provider review/signature
- Prepare and turn over exam/treatment rooms
- Change linens and restock supplies
- Keep patient-care areas clean and organized
- Assist with medical records and basic front desk duties when needed
- Perform other reasonable clinic duties as assigned
Qualifications
- MA or Medical Scribe experience preferred, but not required
- Training available for the right candidate
- Reliable and punctual
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable with computers and EMR
- Willing to learn and take initiative
- Able to multitask and follow instructions
- Team-oriented and interested in a long-term position
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
This is a team-based position. Flexibility and willingness to help where needed are expected.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
