Workshop Education Co-Teacher | After-School Enrichment Program

About the Role
As a Co-Teacher, you will play an essential role in fostering a positive classroom culture and supporting student growth. You will co-teach two daily classes:
- Study Skills – supporting organization, focus, and academic habits
- Innovation – encouraging creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking
You’ll work with a collaborative team and use our thoughtfully designed curriculum, while also having the freedom to bring your own ideas, activities, and creativity into the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
- Co-Teaching: Support instruction in two daily classes (Study Skills and Innovation)
- Student Engagement: Build positive relationships and support students’ social and academic development
- Collaboration: Work closely with lead teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
- Classroom Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space
- Positive Discipline: Use respectful, developmentally appropriate behavior management strategies
- Individualized Support: Provide extra guidance and encouragement to students as needed
- Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during after-school hours

- Adaptability: Ability to multitask and respond to changing needs
- Student Motivation: Skilled at building confidence and enthusiasm in children
- Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage classroom time effectively
- Creativity & Practicality: Balance innovative ideas with structured implementation
- Professionalism: Demonstrates good judgment, integrity, and consistency
- Child CPR/First Aid Certification: Required or willingness to obtain
2026-2027 School Year Schedule
- M/T/W/F: 2:45 PM – 6:00 PM
- Thursday: 1:50 PM – 6:00 PM
- Super Minimum Days: 11:25 AM – 5:00/6:00 PM
- Program is closed on school holidays and during summer when school is not in session.
