Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Friday, 7:00 AM - 11 AM
Reports To: Production Supervisor / Plant Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in our manufacturing process by helping produce, fill, and package aerosol and touch-up products according to our company’s safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production line equipment including filling machines, crimpers, labelers, and conveyors
- Load cans onto the line and monitor the filling process
- Ensure proper labeling, coding, and packaging of finished products
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure product integrity
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Assist with loading/unloading raw materials and finished goods
- Follow all company safety procedures, including handling flammable materials
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly
- Support general plant duties as needed (cleaning, organizing, restocking supplies)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior manufacturing or production experience is a plus (especially in aerosol or chemical environments)
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
