We serve a diverse caseload including adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families. Adult individual therapy is a core part of our practice. We're looking for a licensed therapist who is genuinely excited about this work and wants to make a real difference without burning out doing it.

We also believe compensation should grow alongside you. Clinicians are formally evaluated at the 3-month and 6-month marks, with rate increases tied to caseload milestones and performance. This role also has a clear path to full-time status for clinicians who want to grow their caseload and hours with us, with full-time employees eligible for benefits.
We also respect your time. If something can be an email, it will be. We keep meetings purposeful rather than routine.
The Opportunity
This position starts part-time, with flexibility to grow into full-time as your caseload builds. We build your caseload slowly and intentionally so you feel supported before your schedule fills.
We offer flexibility in how you see clients: fully remote telehealth, in-person at our Corona office, or a hybrid mix of both, whichever fits your style and your clients' needs.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual therapy to adults, and/or work with children, adolescents, couples, or families based on your strengths and interests
- Complete timely clinical documentation in our EHR system
- Participate in biweekly paid individual supervision for structured case consultation and support with clinical work and operations
- Consult with our full clinical team between sessions whenever you need a second perspective
- Join monthly team check-ins to stay connected with the broader team
Clinical Support and Supervision
Every clinician receives biweekly paid supervision, a dedicated space for case consultation, professional development, and peer connection. Beyond that, you have open access to consult with any member of our clinical team at any time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active California license in good standing: LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT
- Clean BBS record
- Experience or strong clinical interest in adult individual therapy and/or trauma, child/adolescent, or family work
- Comfortable with telehealth and EHR documentation, and/or in-person sessions if local to Corona, CA
Preferred (Not Required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred)
- Trauma-informed training: TF-CBT, EMDR, CPP, or similar
- Experience with first responder populations
- Experience serving Medi-Cal managed care clients
Schedule and Location
- Remote telehealth, in-person at our Corona, CA office, or hybrid, your choice
- You set your own availability
- 15 hours per week to start, with the option to grow into full-time
Compensation and Benefits
- $70 per session to start, with rate increases at 3-month and 6-month evaluations based on caseload milestones
