Paradice Distributing LLC, a trusted distributor of Little Debbie products, is seeking dedicated Independent Route Operators in the Roswell / Alpharetta/ Milton/ Johns Creek area. As an independent contractor, you will operate your own business while aligning with our company standards and customer expectations.
Role Overview:
As a Route Operator, you will be responsible for managing your own route, including purchasing a box truck or Trailer, obtaining commercial insurance, and covering route expenses. This role offers the unique opportunity to run and operate your own business within a well-established distribution network. Your earnings directly reflect the time ,effort and dedication you invest in your route. The more you put into it, the greater the rewards you’ll see.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage your own route independently.
- Purchase and maintain your own box truck or trailer
- Obtain and manage commercial insurance for your vehicle
- Handle route expenses and ensure timely deliveries.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and meet company expectations.

Qualifications:
- Vehicle: Ability to purchase and insure a box truck or trailer
- Commercial insurance is Required*
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
- Experience:
- Sales experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Direct Store Delivery (DSD) experience: 1 year (Preferred) but not required
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License (Required)

- Manage inventory on the vehicle, ensuring accurate stock levels for each delivery.
- Perform heavy lifting as needed during deliveries and restocking at customer locations.
- Complete necessary paperwork including invoices, sales reports, and delivery confirmations.
- Utilize math skills for pricing calculations and inventory management.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or route driving is preferred.
- Strong math skills for pricing calculations and inventory management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience with commercial driving is a plus; a valid driver's license is required.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily responsibilities.
