What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
- Experienced in chairside assisting and four-handed dentistry
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
- Friendly and professional with strong communication skills
- Confident with digital technology and dental software
- A true team player who is willing to help where needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
- Experience with digital X-rays and CBCT imaging
- Experience with intraoral scanners / 3D scanning technology
- Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols
- Coronal polishing and sealant certification is a plus
- Experience assisting with restorative, crown & bridge, extractions, implants, and endodontic procedures preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories
- Take digital X-rays, CBCT scans, and intraoral scans as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and patient records
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions
- Help create a welcoming and positive patient experience
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and infection control standards
- Support clinical efficiency and patient flow throughout the day
Schedule
- Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: As needed (8:30 AM – 1:00 PM)
