Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Admissions Representative who is ready to collaborate with the undergraduate admissions team and help to recruit qualified students to Emmanuel College to meet the enrollment goals, and to support the mission, of Emmanuel College. This position is temporary with a start date of August 15th and anticipated end date of November 15th. Contract could be extended depending on need but is not guaranteed beyond November 15th.
Essential responsibilities will include:
- Recruit domestic first-year students through attendance at high school visits, college fairs and other programs (extensive travel necessary).

Responsible for communicating with, and interviewing, prospective students in-person, via email, phone, or video chat, to encourage them to apply to Emmanuel College.

Participate in on-campus and virtual admissions programming, including launching and concluding tours, giving information sessions, and assisting with campus wide events such as Open House programs. (some weekend commitments)

May also complete initial application review as needed.
This position includes extensive travel by car and overnight stays in hotels and xmay also include national travel for extended periods of time.
Job Requirements:
Our ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written skills, be a confident presenter, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and be able to work well independently. Ideal candidates will also be able to learn information about Emmanuel College quickly and be able to demonstrate an understanding of, and commitment to, the College's mission and the value of Catholic higher education.
Bachelor's degree required. Driver's license with clean driving history required.

The posted salary range reflects the good-faith compensation estimate for this position. The actual pay offered will be based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity factors. $3,500 per month.
