Ironage Korean Steakhouse is looking for someone energetic, enthusiastic, highly motivated and dedicated to providing genuine hospitality in person and over the phone.
The ideal candidate must posses the following skills,
- Excellent communication skills

- Organizational skills
- Able to multi-task
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to stand during the entire shift (Usually 6-7 hours per shift)
- Basic computer skills (Playing music, web searching)
Major Responsibilities:
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Immediately greets guests at the door in a warm and friendly manner.
- Seats and presents clean menus to guests in a friendly, professional and quick manner.
- Makes, confirms, cancels and edits reservations.
- Take names on a waiting list.
- Observes tables and keep track of clean, dirty and occupied tables.
- Takes guest information and quotes wait to guests accurately when tables are not immediately available.
- Answers phone and answers questions concerning the menu and restaurant.
- Interacts with guests in and as they leave the restaurant to ensure positive dining experience.
- Other duties as directed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
