What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
✔ 5+ years of IT experience in application development
✔ Experience with Python, Java, and/or SQL
✔ Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✔ Willingness to work in an onsite/offshore delivery model
✔ Must be located in or willing to relocate to Exton, PA
Preferred Qualifications:
✔ Experience supporting Life Sciences applications such as Veeva Vault, Documentum, IQVIA, MasterControl, TrackWise, or similar platforms
✔ Knowledge of GxP processes including Computer System Validation (CSV), Change Management, Document Management, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Operations, Quality Management, Safety/Pharmacovigilance, or Learning Management
✔ Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow
Key Responsibilities
- Support GxP IT system implementation, integration, data migration, release management, and production support.
- Configure and enhance Life Sciences applications, including workflows, lifecycles, security settings, document types, and objects.
- Coordinate with software vendors to resolve application issues and support SaaS releases.
- Contribute to projects involving Veeva Vault and other Life Sciences platforms.
Specialized training will be provided to help you build the skills needed for success in this role.
