Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Internal Medicine Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough medical evaluations, including physical examinations and health assessments, to diagnose various adult health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices across multiple specialties such as cardiology, endocrinology, pulmonology, and more.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Coordinate with specialists for diagnostic imaging, laboratory testing, and other advanced procedures to support comprehensive patient care.
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, medication management, and chronic disease control.
- Manage inpatient and outpatient cases, including urgent care situations and follow-up visits, ensuring continuity of care.
- Engage in clinical research initiatives or quality improvement projects to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited institution with active licensure to practice medicine.
- Completion of residency training in internal medicine or a related specialty with post-residency experience preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or similar platforms for documentation and patient management.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare diagnosis protocols across multiple disciplines including cardiology, gastroenterology, neurology, oncology, dermatology, and others listed in the skills requirements.
- Experience in inpatient hospital settings or Level I/II trauma centers is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of medical coding (CPT/ICD) and familiarity with clinical research or telehealth practices is advantageous.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
