Hiring Position: Crew Member
Hourly: $18-$25
Schedule: This is a Seasonal Full-Time position, with the season typically running from March 1st to November 1st. Hours vary. Must be able to work weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
· Conducts striping applications on job sites.
· Safely perform multiple tasks to maintain and install pavement markings, pavement markers, traffic signs, stencils, and traffic control-related appurtenances.
· Drive or walk behind heavy equipment to operate in parking areas, playgrounds, warehouses, etc.
· Assists daily in loading and unloading trucks using specialized ramps, including backup driving.
· Conducts routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment, reporting defects to the Owner.
· Responsible for the cleanliness of all equipment, stencils, truck, and warehouse.
· Assists with on-site tasks, including filling machines, handling stencil work, cleaning parking lots, and supporting the Crew Leader with layout tasks.
· Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications as required to lay out unmarked pavement markings.
· While on-site, fill machines, handle stencil work, clean the parking lot as needed, and assist the Operations Manager or Supervisor in layout work.
· Able to maintain high professionalism with customers and co-workers.
· Utilizing company software on a mobile phone for job-related activities and maintaining records accurately (ex: clock in/out, review job information, take photos of jobsite, etc.).
· Properly follows company and OSHA safety procedures. Addresses problems and brings them to the Owner's and Operations Manager's attention.
· Compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
· Enforces all client-required safety policies and procedures.
Working Conditions:
· Environment: Regular job functions are carried out in complex and frequent environments, including temperature extremes such as high or low temperatures, direct sunlight, dirty, dusty, noisy, night work, and heavy traffic situations.
· Sense: To remain safe by seeing, hearing, and responding to the working environment.
· Materials: Frequent exposure to paint, paint fumes, adhesives, chemicals, and other environmental substances.
Physical Requirements:
· Lifting: Ability to lift or carry light and heavy objects.
· Reaching: Reaching overhead or at or below shoulder level.
· Dexterity: Performing precise movements, such as hand-eye coordination.
· Activity: Capable of strenuous activities such as repetitive reaching, bending, lifting, twisting, kneeling, squatting, and pulling.
· Endurance: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods or work long shifts.
