Job Summary
The Loader / Unloader is responsible for loading, unloading, sorting, and moving materials, equipment, and shipments safely and efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring that goods are handled properly and operations run smoothly on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials, packages, and freight from trucks and delivery vehicles.
- Sort and organize incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Inspect items for damage and report discrepancies.
- Move materials within the warehouse or storage areas safely and efficiently.
- Assist with staging shipments for delivery or storage.
- Follow proper handling procedures to prevent product damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow company safety guidelines and warehouse procedures at all times.
- Assist team members with general warehouse tasks as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, loading/unloading, general labor, or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs or more.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Day shift
- Overtime opportunities may be available based on business needs.

Pay: $21.90 - $22.60 per hour
