Title: Program Manager
Security Requirement:
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Government background investigation or Public Trust suitability determination.
CyberData Technologies is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead delivery of a federal information security support services program. The Program Manager will serve as the primary contractor point of accountability for program execution, customer communication, staffing coordination, performance reporting, risk management, quality control, and delivery across all task areas.
This role requires a hands-on federal cybersecurity program leader who can manage an FFP delivery environment while maintaining visibility across security operations, compliance, vulnerability management, incident response, continuous diagnostics and mitigation, security architecture, information system security support, penetration testing, and security awareness activities.
The successful candidate will be comfortable engaging with senior federal cybersecurity stakeholders, including customer cybersecurity leadership, Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), Information System Security Officers (ISSOs), system owners, security operations teams, incident response teams, and external oversight stakeholders. This role requires strong operational discipline, clear communication, and the ability to keep mission-critical cybersecurity services on track without disruption.
- Lead overall program management, project management, task coordination, and contract execution for the program.
- Serve as CyberData's primary interface with the Government customer, including the COR, cybersecurity leadership, ISSOs, system owners, technical leads, and other stakeholders.
- Manage program performance across all workstreams, including transition services, continuous diagnostics and mitigation support, incident response, security architecture, vulnerability management, penetration testing, RMF support, security policy, training and awareness, and ISSO/system owner support.
- Ensure program activities align with applicable federal cybersecurity requirements, including FISMA, NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5, RMF, FedRAMP, Zero Trust guidance, federal cybersecurity directives, and customer security policies.
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required Government background investigation or Public Trust suitability determination.
- Prior experience supporting federal IT or cybersecurity programs.
- Experience supporting customer cybersecurity organizations, information technology organizations, or federal security operations environments.
- Experience supporting federal cybersecurity, audit, compliance, or oversight reporting environments.
- Experience managing transition-in activities for cybersecurity, IT operations, security operations centers, RMF, or compliance support contracts.
- Experience with federal task order delivery and small business prime contractor environments.
- Experience with Zero Trust implementation or modernization aligned with federal guidance.
- Experience supporting Known Exploited Vulnerabilities (KEV), Binding Operational Directives (BODs), Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM), and vulnerability remediation activities.
The ideal candidate is a disciplined federal cybersecurity program leader who can keep the Government informed, keep the team accountable, and keep delivery moving without creating unnecessary complexity. This person understands that the Program Manager role is not only administrative; it is the operational control point for staffing, delivery quality, risk visibility, customer confidence, and mission continuity.
