Are you a master of the stage and operations? Cat’s Meow Karaoke Bar is looking for a dynamic, multi-talented leader to join the team. This isn’t your average "sit in the back office" management gig. We need a high-energy operator who can manage a floor, master our marketing, and ensure our sound remains the best in the business.
You will be the heartbeat of the venue—ensuring the drinks flow, the crowd is hyped, and the brand is growing through creative promotions.
What You’ll Do
- Operational Excellence: Lead shifts with a "hands-on" approach. You’ll manage staff, handle inventory, oversee POS operations, and ensure every guest has a 5-star experience.
- Marketing & Growth: Head up our marketing and promotional calendar. You’ll be responsible for driving foot traffic through social media, local partnerships, and "must-attend" weekly events.
- Entertainment Oversight: You have an ear for quality. You’ll ensure the music is on-format, the sound system is dialed in, and the karaoke rotation keeps the energy high without missing a beat.
Who You Are
- The Pro: You have 3+ years of bar/hospitality management experience. You know how to run a tight ship and handle the Saturday night rush with a smile.
- The Marketer: You have a proven track record of growing a brand. You understand digital marketing, local outreach, and how to create "hype."
- The Sound Expert: You have a strong background in music or entertainment. You know what "good sound" means and can manage the technical and aesthetic side of a music-focused venue.
- The Vibe-Setter: You are outgoing, professional, and obsessed with the details that make a night out memorable.
