- The General Manager provides strategic and tactical leadership for their restaurant. This leader must maintain operations and drive results in his/her restaurant through people development, positive Guest experience, cost control, and sales/profit growth. The General Manager must recruit, hire, train, and develop Team Members. The General Manager must convey the Wing King culture to his/her team and be a creative team player who is passionate about hard work, having fun, and demonstrating sincere dedication to the success of the franchise.
Lead and Support the Wing King LLC and Vision Culture- Support and influence the restaurant's overall operational and financial goals
- Work flexible work schedules to supervise the restaurant/s operations and guest demands
- Ability to open and close the restaurant while performing safe and secure audits.
- Hold self and team members accountable to company standards.
- Manage cash accountability systems by verifying safe counts, register counts, safe deposits, and opening/closing the day.
- Ensure Shift Managers/Team Members work at a pace to maintain the restaurant's speed of service guidelines
- Addresses the guest issues that may arise using the BLAST model.
Pay Range: $50,000 to $65,000 per year base Salary.
