Leasing Manager
We are seeking an experienced and driven Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations at our 500-unit apartment community. This position is responsible for driving occupancy, leading the leasing team, and delivering an exceptional prospect and resident experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the leasing team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
- Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including tours, applications, and move-ins.
- Monitor leasing performance and implement strategies to increase traffic and conversions.
- Oversee resident retention and lease renewal efforts.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting within property management systems.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
- Partner with community teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of multifamily leasing experience.
- Previous leasing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience with Yardi, RentCafe, and Knock CRM required.
- Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals.
