Job Description
AN ACTIVE TS/SCI WITH POLYGRAPH CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED
In this role, you won't just write code—you will develop, maintain, and enhance diverse, complex software systems. From processing-intensive analytics and novel algorithm development to manipulating extremely large data sets, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn documented requirements into high-performing systems.
Design & Develop: Architect, code, and modify new software features or enhance existing systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict outcomes.
Problem Solve & Debug: Investigate problem areas, debug existing systems, correct software defects, and resolve problem reports efficiently.
Analyze & Synthesize: Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance specs, translating system-level requirements down to individual components.
Integrate & Optimize: Integrate software into new operating environments, implement complex database interfaces, and design algorithms with strict timing and resource constraints.
Lead & Collaborate: Serve as a technical team lead when needed, coordinate software installations, monitor equipment functioning, and confer with systems/hardware engineers to map out limitations and capabilities.
Continuous Improvement: Provide recommendations to elevate documentation and software development process standards across the team.
The annual base salary range for this role is $182,000-$215,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
