Southwind is seeking dedicated and skilled Part-time Night Shift Nurse (RN or LPN) to become valued members of our compassionate care team in our Skilled Nursing Facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive, safe, effective, and ethical nursing care to residents in accordance with established standards of practice
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
- Deliver person-centered care that prioritizes dignity, comfort, and quality of life for older adults
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic resident well-being
- Perform additional organizational duties related to resident care as assigned
Qualifications:
- Current, active RN or LPN license in good standing
- Strong clinical skills with demonstrated competency in geriatric and skilled nursing care
- Deep understanding of the importance of quality of life and person-centered care for elders
- Commitment to professional development and maintaining high standards of clinical practice
- Ability to work independently during night shift while contributing to a supportive team environment
