We are a growing family-owned hardwood floor small business and have been in flooring business for 11years, serving Virginia residents from Richmond/Henrico, Mechanicsville and Midlothian cities. Our business focuses on hardwood floor installation and refinishing.
We are looking to hire an experienced associate to perform hardwood floor installation and refinishing.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Has a valid driver's license and be able to drive or have reliable transportation
- No experience required for entry level; Experienced level - 2-3 years of experience in installing and refinishing hardwood floors.
- Be able to carry/ lift 50lbs+
- Be flexible to work overtime and weekends, when needed.
Pay: $18-$30/hr (depended on skill/experience level)
Position: Full time (40 hours+)

What You'll Do:
1. Removing and disposing of the old flooring material
2. Cleaning and preparing the bare work surface
3. Measuring the new flooring material
4. Install solid, engineered hardwood flooring, LVP and laminate flooring.
5. Prepare subfloors and job sites
6. Vacuum and clean -- Keep job sites clean and professional
7. Load/unload materials and maintain tools
8. Apply stains, sealers and polyurethane finishes
