Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team. This role involves handling various warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and equipment operation. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience and possess the necessary skills to efficiently support our distribution processes.
Duties
- Manage inventory control using warehouse management systems.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, order-picker, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Perform order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving tasks to fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of materials
- Stock shelves and organize products within the warehouse for optimal accessibility and safety.
- Assist in materials handling, packaging, and assembly tasks as needed for order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Support warehouse supervision by adhering to operational procedures and safety guidelines.
- Utilize warehouse management systems. Prior SAP experience preferred.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment with familiarity in inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, order-pickers, and pallet jacks; certification preferred.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (SAP) is highly desirable.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing manual tasks involving materials handling.
- Prior experience in shipping & receiving, order picking & packing, or construction-related warehousing is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and order accuracy.
