We are hiring professional, dependable security officers for North Denver locations (Longmont, Edgewater, North Glen and Thornton) . This position will begin on an unarmed assignment with the opportunity to transition to an armed post as contracts become available. Applicants should already possess the required credentials for armed employment or be willing and eligible to obtain them where noted.

Minimum Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Colorado Driver License with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Current Denver Security Guard License (or willingness to renew)
- Current Armed Security endorsement (or willingness to obtain; company assistance available)
- Current Colorado MED Occupational Badge or willingness to obtain one at the applicant's expense
- Ability to pass a background investigation
- Open availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Military, law enforcement, corrections, or professional security experience encouraged
- Previous armed security experience
- Experience writing incident reports and responding to emergency situations
- Strong customer service and de-escalation skills
- Current CPR/AED & First Aid certification
Responsibilities
- Perform foot and vehicle patrols
- Monitor client property and control access
- Verify customer identification and control entry at licensed marijuana dispensaries in accordance with Colorado regulations
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
- Complete detailed reports and daily activity logs
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional security presence
- Follow company policies and client procedures
- Maintain readiness for placement on armed assignments
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Conduct routine foot patrols throughout assigned properties
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations
