- Respond promptly to guest and employee work orders with courtesy, professionalism, and minimal disruption to resort operations.
- Separate recyclable waste and hazardous materials in accordance with company procedures and applicable government regulations.
- Complete surface preparation, painting, finishing, touch-up work, and cleanup when assigned to painting projects.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Follow all safety procedures and report hazards, equipment concerns, and major repair needs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous facility maintenance experience or equivalent hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, or a related trade.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose mechanical, building, and operational issues.
- A proactive work style with a commitment to safety, reliability, and quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills when interacting with guests, employees, managers, contractors, and vendors.
- Willingness to learn resort operations, building systems, and departmental procedures.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency call-ins as operationally required.

- Ability to stand for approximately 90–95% of the work shift.
- Ability to frequently walk, bend, reach, climb, grasp, push, and pull.
- Ability to lift, carry, move, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather and temperature conditions.
