Above and Beyond Behavior Analysis is a BCBA-owned and operated ABA company serving families in the Tampa Bay area. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about ethical ABA services and enjoys working in a supportive and collaborative clinical environment.
We are currently expanding due to increased client demand and have immediate clients available in South Tampa and Riverview/Brandon.
Unlike large corporate ABA providers, we focus on manageable caseloads, clinician support, and high-quality care for the families we serve.
Compensation & Benefits

Work Environment
Services are provided in a variety of settings including:
- Schools
- Client homes
- Community settings
Some telehealth supervision opportunities may be available depending on client needs.
Caseload & Clinical Support
- Typical BCBA caseload: 2–10 clients on average depending on service intensity and BCBA choice
- RBT support on cases to assist with program implementation
- Administrative support from Owner & Regional Director with scheduling and client intake
- Collaborative BCBA leadership team available for consultation
- BCBA owner and BCBA Regional Director are available for ongoing clinical support and collaboration
Unlike many ABA organizations, we do not require a fixed billable hour quota. BCBAs have the flexibility to shape their schedule and caseload based on their preferred workload and availability, allowing them to maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing high-quality care.
Our model prioritizes ethical treatment recommendations and clinical quality over insurance-driven hour requirements.
BCBA Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral and skills assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and training to RBTs and BCaBAs
- Monitor client progress through data analysis and treatment updates
- Provide parent training and caregiver support
- Collaborate with school teams and other professionals involved in care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, graphs, and reports
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification through the BACB
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Additional Requirements
- Ability to pass Level 2 background screening and fingerprinting
- Maintain BCBA certification and CEU requirements
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Adherence to BACB ethical guidelines
