Our client is a growing, multi-entity services organization with operations across multiple states. Reporting directly to the Controller, this individual will play a critical role in overseeing the monthly close process, maintaining accurate financial reporting, supporting technical accounting matters, and helping manage day-to-day accounting operations.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants broad exposure across financial reporting, consolidations, process improvement, and team leadership.

Lead and coordinate the monthly and quarterly close process.

Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.

Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reporting packages.

Assist with consolidations and multi-entity reporting.

Assist with acquisition integration activities and related accounting requirements.

Support external audit requests and maintain strong internal controls.

Participate in lender and compliance reporting as needed

Oversee and improve core accounting processes, including AP, payroll, and billing functions.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

6+ years of progressive accounting experience.

Experience managing the month-end close process.

Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.

Experience with account reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, and multi-entity environments.

Advanced Excel skills.

Strong communication and organizational abilities.
