Pay: $60,000–$200,000 per year (competitive base salary + performance-based incentives)

YOUR IMPACT:
As our Residential Remodeling Sales Manager, you'll spend your day leading performance with clarity and calm: setting expectations for demos, close rates, average ticket, and customer experience, then turning those goals into action during weekly KPI and scorecard reviews. You'll recruit, interview, and hire top in-home pros, build a scalable onboarding and training track, and create clear career paths as we grow. You'll run weekly sales meetings, train on one-call-close frameworks, in-home psychology, objection handling, pricing confidence, trust-based selling, and reinforce systems from Grasso University and Dave Yoho. You'll partner with marketing, operations, and leadership to align expectations, ensure clean handoffs to production, maintain CRM discipline, and continuously refine our sales process as the business scales. You'll coach in real time by observing appointments for development-no running leads and no traditional ride‑alongs-keeping your focus on building a fully staffed, trained, accountable team that loves to win together.
SCHEDULE:

Full-time, in-office in Cherry Hill, NJ, assisting all of South Jersey

9 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday, with occasional nights and weekends
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

3+ years of in-home home improvement sales experience (bath, windows, roofing, remodeling, etc.)

Experience with one-call-close selling

Experience leading or mentoring sales reps (formal management preferred, not required)

Familiarity with training frameworks like Grasso University, Dave Yoho, and other legacy one-call-close methodologies
