Shifts Available:
Friday - Monday: 8pm - 6:30am
Friday - Monday: 12pm - 10:30am
What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on diesel tractors.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
- Inspect tractors to identify defects and potential problems.
- Replace brakes, seals, bearings, and troubleshoot electrical systems.
- Work safely and maintain consistent attendance.
- Education & Experience: Associate degree or technical school OR 2+ years of related experience.
- Strong mechanical repair skills and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to read service manuals and work orders.
- Knowledge of air, electrical, drive train, steering, suspension, and engine systems.
Preferred Certifications:
- Detroit and Cummins certifications.
- CDL Class A license.
- EPA 609 Certification (within 90 days of hire).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
- Comfortable working in a noisy shop environment with exposure to odors, chemicals, and varying temperatures.
- Must have own tools and safety shoes (steel or composite toe).
