We’re seeking a Program Director to lead our Evening Class program with excellence, enthusiasm, and heart.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Occasional Saturdays)
As our Program Director, you will:

Oversee daily program operations
- Lead and coach a team of coaches to deliver high-quality, engaging experiences
- Build positive relationships with families, team members, and the community
- Plan and supervise daily schedules, transitions, and activities
- Ensure a safe, nurturing environment that supports every child’s physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents, staff, and licensing representatives
Is energetic, organized, and passionate about helping children grow and thrive
Has strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
Is coachable, open to feedback, and eager to learn and grow within our culture
Maintains calm, confidence, and kindness in a fast-paced environment
Believes in leading by example — with professionalism, creativity, and compassion
