General Purpose of the Job:
To perform preventative, predictive, reactive maintenance as well as various design and project work to keep the facility in top operation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
- Perform industrial electrical troubleshooting/repair/install.
- Perform equipment (mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic) troubleshooting/repair.
- Perform PLC programming/troubleshooting.
- Perform robot programming/troubleshooting.
- Fabrication, repair of tooling/fixtures.
- Perform preventative maintenance procedures and adjust procedures as needed.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Input and retrieve information from the CMMS system.
- Must be able to make quick decisions while under pressure.
- Be able to work and complete projects on your own.
- Understanding of LOTO, Alternate Entry, fall protection, Flammable Liquid and Electrical procedures.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
- Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Education and/or Experience:
Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or a minimum of 2 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $30.25 - $34.90 per hour

Experience:
- Manufacturing maintenance: 2 years (Required)
