Horizon Health Services is expanding and actively seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one care for clients throughout the Easton and Cambridge area.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Provide mobility assistance and fall prevention support
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Provide companionship and emotional support
Qualifications
- Active HHA or CNA certification
- CPR certification preferred
- Dependable transportation
- Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
- Home care experience is a plus
