Provides leadership, administrative coordination, and operational oversight for the Centralized Staffing Office. Coordinates day-to-day activities of Staff Support Coordinators while serving as a primary resource for staffing operations, scheduling review, staffing analytics, workforce planning, payroll accuracy, traveler and agency staffing support, and staffing office administration. Ensures the Centralized Staffing Office operates efficiently, supports safe patient care, maintains effective communication with nursing leadership, and promotes consistent staffing processes across supported departments.
Education/Certification:
High School Diploma required
Experience:
10+ years of healthcare staffing, scheduling, workforce management, payroll, or hospital operations experience preferred.
Prior supervisory, lead, or administrative coordination experience preferred.
