Position Summary
At LLP Exotic Auto Finance, the Funder is where deals cross the finish line. You’re the final set of eyes that turns a signed contract into a funded loan on some of the most extraordinary vehicles on the road. In this role you’ll prepare documents for signature, perform quality control on signed packages, confirm that every stipulation is met, and attest to the completeness of each file before it funds, all while delivering the kind of fast, polished service our dealers and customers expect. It’s detail-driven, high-trust work for someone who takes pride in getting every deal exactly right and keeps things moving without ever cutting a corner.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate, complete deal documents for signature.
- Perform quality control on signed documents to ensure compliance and completeness.
- Verify that all stipulations for a deal have been satisfied prior to funding.
- Attest to the completeness and accuracy of each file before it is funded.
- Identify discrepancies, missing items, or errors and resolve or escalate them as needed.
- Ensure documents and files comply with company policy and applicable federal and state regulations.
- Maintain thorough, accurate, and audit-ready documentation for each funded deal.
- Apply funding guidelines and stipulation requirements consistently and accurately.
- Provide excellent, responsive service to dealers and customers throughout the funding process.
- Communicate document requirements, outstanding stipulations, and next steps clearly and professionally.
- Support a consistent experience so dealers and customers receive the same level of service across the department.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
