We are looking for a part-time breakfast attendant for our 5am-1pm shift. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preparing and maintaining daily breakfast buffet according to established standards
- Replenish coffee/tea station, juice machines, hot food station, oatmeal, fruit, bread/muffins, cinnamon buns, dairy station, etc.
- Clean and sanitize tables
- Take out trash
- Respond to guest requests and questions in a timely, friendly manner
- Follow safety procedures and wear necessary protective equipment
- Keep kitchen and breakfast room clean and well-maintained according to standards
- Ability to lift/move 50 pounds. This can involve bending and kneeling.
- Follow daily/weekly checklists and deep clean procedures.
- Rotate and maintain stock, ensuring items are to-date
- Tear down buffet, clean and sanitize areas, sweep/mop, and stock/prep breakfast for the following day.
- Tell your supervisor or duty manager about any unsafe equipment, low supplies or safety incidents
- Prepare weekly stock orders as required
Involves weekends and holidays, as we are open 24/7/365. ServSafe certificate required, though we are willing to help the right candidate get the certificate.

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
