LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the general accounting function, including month-end close, fixed assets, reconciliations, and financial reporting, within a multi-entity distribution organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
- Support preparation of financial statements and internal reporting
- Reconcile fixed assets, AP/AR, and bank accounts
- Assist with fixed assets and depreciation
- Support audit requests and compliance requirements
- Ensure accuracy of financial data across multiple locations/entities
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or inventory-heavy environments preferred
- Strong Excel skills; ERP experience a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Compensation:
$75,000-$85,000
Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision
PTO is offered on an accrual basis
Paid Sick Leave where applicable by State law
