Temporary Survey Assistants will engage in friendly, casual conversations with spectators attending the World Cup. The goal is to ask a few simple questions about their travel to the city and their plans while visiting the U.S., then record their responses using a smartphone or tablet. This is a light, people‑focused role ideal for anyone who enjoys talking with attendees and being part of the game‑day energy.
Supervisors will perform the same survey duties while also supporting the team with speed, accuracy of data capture, reporting, and overall performance throughout the shift.
A fully charged smartphone or tablet to scan a QR code and enter survey responses
Most devices last the full shift when fully charged
The client will also provide a printed QR code as a backup option
This is a pre‑game shift, so all work is completed before kickoff
You'll be in the middle of the excitement outside the stadium, interacting with fans from around the world
This role does not include tickets to the match
