What You’ll Do
- Lead and perform installation of commercial electrical systems:
- Lighting, controls, and monitoring systems
- Conduit bending and installation
- Panel work and wiring
- Electrical signs and scoreboards
- Perform aerial work (up to and exceeding 100 ft) using lifts and access equipment
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions on a daily basis
- Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs
- Work alongside and mentor apprentices while continuing to develop your own advanced skillset
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specs
- Maintain job site efficiency, safety, and quality standards
- Travel to project sites as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Commercial electrical experience (leadership experience is a plus, not required)
- Willingness to undertake daily regional travel, short-term overnight stays (1–2 weeks), and extended out-of-state deployments (30+ days). Please see compensation for more information on paid travel expenses.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn specialized systems
- Ability to work independently and grow into leadership roles
- Valid driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to obtain multiple state Electrical Licences
Preferred (Not Required)
- Aerial lift certification
- Forklift certification
- OSHA 10 certification
- In-field metal fabrication experience
Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate: $35–$53/hour (based on experience and existing certifications)
- Travel pay: up to 8 hours/day while traveling
- Per diem: $50/day for food
