We're hiring a full-time pediatric dental assistant to join us.
What the job actually looks like
You're chairside with the doctor and right next to the kiddo. That matters. A lot of children are nervous, and your calm, upbeat presence makes the whole visit. Day to day:
- Setting up operatories, assisting the doctor through procedures, and keeping the room running smoothly so kids never feel rushed.
- Taking radiographs, helping with impressions, and charting accurately.
- Sterilization and instrument processing. We take infection control seriously and so should you.
- Talking kids and parents through what's happening next — people relax when they know what to expect.
- Helping create a fun, positive experience so a child's first memories of the dentist are good ones.
- Working alongside our front desk and clinical team to keep the day flowing.

- You're a kid person. You can make a nervous five-year-old laugh and a worried parent feel reassured.
- You stay calm and organized when the schedule gets tight, the doctor needs something fast, and a patient needs comforting — all at once.
- You're a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) with current CPR and X-ray certification — all three required. Pediatric experience is a plus but not required.
