Trans West Express is seeking an inside customer sales representative /freight broker. You will be responsible for laying the groundwork for Trans West Express' continued growth by expanding our customer network and working hands on with not only new customers, but with our carriers within a fast paced environment. Other responsibilities include generating customers by cold calling and maintaining your established customers, preparing rate quotes, handling customers' concerns, preparing appropriate documentation, and working well in a team atmosphere.
We are looking for energetic, out-going individuals with good interpersonal skills who can adapt to an open-minded environment where you have a hand in our future growth as well as your own. Other qualifications include: attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize in addition to decision making and problem solving skills. Above all, we want individuals who want to work hard and succeed!
