George Muller Academy is a classical, Christian hybrid program in Berthoud, Colorado. GMA seeks to train hearts and minds for the glory of God through scholarly curricula, and character education. Our faculty will partner with parents to support them as the primary influence in their child’s life.
GMA teachers passionately advance the mission of the school by creating a learning environment that glorifies God, and pursues the academic and spiritual excellence of students. This position will meet with Hybrid primary students two - three days a week (Tues, Wed. & Thurs.).
Responsibilities:
● Plan and deliver appropriate lessons and activities (Multiple Subjects)
● Organize learning material and resources
● Create a positive, structured, and safe learning environment for students
● Work closely with other teachers, staff, administration, and parents to provide a superior learning experience
● Clearly and timely communicate with colleagues and parents.
● Assess students’ performance and progress to ensure they are mastering the skills
● Keep accurate attendance and grade records for each student
● Develop and maintain student behavioral and discipline policies
● Work collaboratively to achieve the mission of the school
● Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations
● Set an example of intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, life-skills, self-motivation and Christ-like behavior
Requirements:

● Strong communication and classroom management skills
● Ability to lead and instruct students of all ages
Minimum qualifications:
● High school diploma and 2 teaching experience
Compensation:
● Hourly part-time or contract
● Varies depending on years of experience and degrees or certifications
