Position: Sales Development Representative – Sales (Full-Time)
Compensation:$60,000 – $200,000/year (Commission + Bonuses)
Schedule: Monday - Friday + Some Weekends

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll work warm, high-converting leads delivered daily from our canvassing and inside sales teams (2- 3 leads per day). Your role is to guide homeowners through the remodeling journey, help them say “yes” to the right solutions, and close the deal.
You'll be reporting directly to the General Manager and play a key role in our expansion.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Manage and grow relationships with homeowners
- Coordinate and qualify incoming leads
- Guide customers through service options and close deals
- Represent our brand with confidence, clarity, and professionalism
- Create ideas to increase client retention and satisfaction
- Support internal training and product updates as needed

Required Qualifications:
- Must have prior field sales experience in the Exterior Remodeling or Construction industry (minimum 1 - 2 years experience) with a proven track record of success
- Must be 18+ years old
- Strong verbal communication & listening skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Coachable, quick learner, and eager to grow
- Reliable transportation
- Comfort working independently and on the road
- Able to work weekends as needed
