The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the administration and operations of the Finance, Central Purchasing and Real Estate Assessment Departments. The CFO prepares a wide variety of periodic and special financial and statistical reports, leads and manages the County’s annual budget development process and oversees implementation of the same; performs ongoing budget monitoring and trends analysis, prepares and produces the County’s Annual Budget and 5-year Capital Improvement Plan documents, and works with outside auditors in the development, preparation and production of the County’s Comprehensive Annual Financial Report. The CFO reports to the County Administrator.
