Preschool/Pre-K Lead Teacher:
The Lead Teacher for our Preschool/Pre-K program is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom that supports the social, emotional, academic, and spiritual growth of young learners. This role involves planning and implementing appropriate lesson development, guiding daily routines, and fostering a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and faith-based values. The ideal candidate is experienced, passionate, and dedicated to helping children develop a love of learning in a warm and supportive setting.

Requirements:

Minimum 12 core Early Childhood Education (ECE) units required (AA or BA in Early Childhood Education preferred).

CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).

Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks, including sitting, stooping, bending, reaching, standing, and walking for extended periods.

Ability to speak, read, and write English clearly.

Current physical examination and TB clearance. Proof of immunizations: DTaP and MMR (Influenza vaccination or waiver acceptable).

Must complete Live Scan fingerprinting and receive criminal clearance through the Department of Social Services (Guardian system).
