Sunset Novelties is seeking energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team in the Jacksonville market, including Argyle and Beach Blvd
We're looking for individuals who enjoy helping customers, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and are motivated to grow through performance, continuous learning, and demonstrated capability.
As a Sales Associate, you will create an outstanding customer experience by welcoming customers, identifying their needs, recommending products, maintaining an organized sales floor, and supporting daily store operations. Success in this role is measured by customer service, sales performance, professionalism, reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the shopping experience.
- Support sales goals through product knowledge and effective selling techniques.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked merchandise displays.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, inventory, and general store operations.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
