WHO YOU ARE:
We're looking for full-time Customer Support Reps. for our athleisure brand POP Fit Clothing and our underwear brand Cheek Boss. You will represent our brands mission and voice to customers via email support tickets. You will assist with shipping info, returns, fitting, and general questions.
HOURS & PAY:
- $50,000-$55,000 per year+ d.o.e
- 40 Hours Guaranteed
- 9am-5:30pm in office

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Respond to our customers efficiently and effectively via email, live chat, and social media.
- Ensure policies are being upheld while also keeping the customer’s satisfaction in mind.
- Contribute to the department by offering feedback on how we can keep and grow our loyal community of customers.
- Miscellaneous projects including cross departmental assistance for Product Development, Marketing, and Content Team.
YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF:
- You have a strong command of how to use the internet, web-based tools, and social media.
- Previous online or in-person Customer Service experience.
- The ability to problem solve quickly.
- Excellent communication and follow up skills.
- Detail oriented while still maintaining a sense of urgency.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
