Position Title: Gymnastics Lead Instructor
Location: Community Education
Immediate Supervisor: Recreation & Facilities Coordinator
Schedule: Week nights during gymnastics season. Hours will vary as the schedule will work around the high school meet/practice schedule.
ISD 876 offers a comprehensive benefits package for employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week (130 hours per month average over a 9 month period). This position averages less than 30 hours per week and does not qualify for benefits.
Job Summary:
Under the general direction of the Recreation and Facilities Coordinator, the Lead Gymnastics Instructor is responsible for planning,organizing, providing leadership and direction to youth gymnastics programs of Annandale School District.

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of basic to advanced spotting techniques for gymnastics moves.
- Able to work well with students of different ages and abilities
- Previous participation in gymnastics. Leadership or coaching experience is preferred
- Ability to stay focused and on task throughout class.
- Ability to organize and structure practice plan
